Once you create an order, it has to be made. Creation time will be as quick as possible and shipping time will be approximately 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs through the USPS will be a flat rate and if a purchase is $50 or more, shipping will be free.
Return Policy
Here at V's Story Beads, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, customers need to understand that because each piece of jewelry is a customized handmade order, we cannot offer refunds.
However, if you need to exchange a bracelet (size isn't right, wrong color, etc.) we have a minimal exchange fee of $10.00 to cover the cost of the exchange and shipping your new piece(s) back to you.
Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
We will only accept an exchange that is unworn, unused, in the original condition. We cannot accept an exchange if it doesn’t meet these basic requirements.

Step 3. Upon receipt, we will issue you a V's Story Beads Gift Card for what you paid (less the exchange/shipping fee of $10.00).
